Scenario - CSI Sacramento - Impression Evidence

There once was a group of six friends that liked to get together and go caching. The group would always take two cars: A blue Toyota Camry and a White Ford Bronco. Tony, Terence and Tami would always go in the Toyota. Billy, Betty and Brenda would always go in the Bronco. One day things went terribly wrong!

The group had met at their favorite restaurant for breakfast. It was a nice sunny day after a night of rain. The first cache on their "blitz list" was DISASTER. This cache involved a two mile hike. When arriving at the coordinates, Tami was the first to discover the container (as usual). However, something was amiss. The container was pretty much out in plain view and all the contents of the cache were missing except for a stuffed rabbit with its head missing. Betty quickly blamed Tami for being involved somehow. The guys came to Tami's defense, telling Betty that she was just jealous because Tami always seemed to find the caches before her.

While walking back to the vehicles, the group noticed what appeared to be recent tire impressions near the trail. This was to become a mission for the group to figure out who did this terrible crime!

In order to gain access to your first exercise and begin to solve this crime, you must go to the coordinates listed at the top of this cache page. At this location you will need to find a number where the middle DIGIT equals the last DIGIT subtracted from the first DIGIT. Use this DIGIT as the password. To get to the tire impression exercise, and the next level, click here and enter the password. The user name for all passwords will be -> csi2 <-. Remember the passwords and the user name are case sensitive.

The Cache Cops would like to thank Kimbo for his assistance in setting up the programming and arranging the details for the subsequent pages. His help was invaluable and we could not have done it without him!
