Cocoa Beach oceanfront lot deeded to President Harding in 1923.
Scenic approach to the beach, convenient parking, a bench and table
too. This is the first and perhaps only Cocoa Beach oceanfront property that
was once owned by a US President. A deed to the lot was presented as a gift to President Warren Harding in 1923 by Cocoa Beach real estate developer Gus Edwards. Discover more local history in this geocache.
