The cache is in a Rubbermaid drinking bottle covered in camouflage tape.

Take county road 118 east from highway 11 then turn north onto Tretheways Falls Road.

BE CAREFUL AS WATER LEVEL AND FLOW CAN CHANGE WITHOUT WARNING.
