Geocache Description:

A small cache useful for extending streaks. The above coords will place you in a position to be fast pitched.

We generally don't post the FTF in the cache description but resourcefulness shown on this find requires it.

Some of our local cachers have found at least one cache every day for exceptionally long periods of time. Most notably, Yellow Jacket has found a cache every day for more than 230 days at the time this cache was placed, followed by Smiling in Acworth with a streak of around 160 days. It would be a shame for these streaks to end because of a lack of available caches so I placed this cache to forestall this possibility for one more day.

Like the five previous caches in this series, this cache is located in an area of a county park that wouldn’t support a regular cache. It is small, in this case a glass jar, and placed in a spot where accidental discovery is unlikely. But even these simple caches can be fun and I hope this one will also provide some entertainment.

The above coords will take you a spot on a softball field where you might receive a fast pitch. From this position, go 0.04 miles (70.4 yards) in a direction of 96 degrees true and you will be at the cache.

The cache contains only a log so bring your own pencil.

The cache was placed for those folk on a streak but, of course, everyone else is welcome as well.
