Hidden Tribute Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Heartland Cacher: Greetings from Geocaching.com I'm Heartland Cacher, one of the volunteer reviewers for new caches submitted to Geocaching.com.

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses from the Cache Owner about maintaining this cache soon so it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings.

When you have repaired this cache, drop me a line and I can review it again for listing on the geocaching.com site. Caches archived three months or more may need to be resubmitted as a new cache.

If you don't care to continue on with this project, please remove any remaining cache bits from the area.

Thanks for your understanding,
Heartland Cacher

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at given coordinates, but is within 30 feet.   Solve this riddle to find it:
Riddle me this…
Looking South you cannot miss
I’m near a tree that you can see
From the right, just count ____________.

This cache was hidden by a family with much help from the young ones.  There is a gold, silver, and bronze medal for the first, second, and third to find.  As well as a blue medal for the first 10 and under cacher to find.

The coordinates will bring you to a plaque placed as a tribute to the victims of the September 11th attacks.  Take a moment to pay your respects and find a cache too.

Congrats to the_big_guy_70 on the FTF!
