Geocache Description:

Extreme viewpoint on the western edge of Krokskogen.

In the fabled forest of Krokskogen, you cannot get further west than this without seriously compromising your health. At the end of a somewhat messy trek from Homledal, sweeping views over Tyrifjorden and Ringerike will reward you. Do yourself a favor and go on a clear day. Do yourself one more favor and use the additional waypoints, plus a map.
The cache is intended for geocachers to visit a top quality kjentmannspost, and for kjentmannspost hunters to find an easy (and top quality) geocache.
The cache is a military-style metal container, modified in Mostly Moose style. It sits at the same coordinates as the kjentmannspost. It is secured with camo steel wire, Clas Ohlsson velcro and a carabiner from an ultra-cool Swedish firm that employs my good geocaching friend Ila.
Initial content includes a stack of Bernhard Herre cards, two packs of Chinese paper handkerchiefs, a non-huntable Moose, one cool keychain and one not so cool, a moose dropping and a Signal geocoin. Also, of course, a nice logbook, pens, pencil, stashnote and the Mark of the Moose.
