Geocache Description:

This cache is located off of the Trolley Trails. Enjoy the walk and stop and enjoy some mountain biking skills at the nearby skills trail.

Welcome to the 8th Annual Metroparks Geocaching Adventure 2011, a geocaching game placed by MiGO members in partnership with the Huron-Clinton Metroparks. The theme for this year's adventure is "Get Out and Play" In order to complete the series, you will need to find the 11 caches hidden in the different Metroparks.

These are to be circled on a Word Search puzzle found on the Metroparks Geocaching Adventure 2011 Brochure found here. We will be holding a geocachers picnic at Kensington Metropark on September 10. The cache is located less than 30 feet from the trail so bushwhacking further than that is not necessary and is discouraged to reduce impact on the environment. Please park at the coordinates shown in the Waypoint table and start your walk at the Trail head coordinates.

This cache is located within Stony Creek Metropark, a part of the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority park system. A Metropark Vehicle Entry Permit is required: Annual Permit $25. Senior Permit $15. Daily Permit $5.
