It's about time II

Another Cache is placed in this great little park in Hiawatha, IA!

The posted coordinates is for the nearby parking.

The difficulty rating of this Cache is primarily due to the needed puzzle solving and the difficulty of finding the Cache.
Getting it in hand
And, replacing it properly

This Cache is NOT a quick park & Grab!
You will need to have a "Grabber" that can reach about 13 feet!

This Cache replaces the It's about time Cache.
(Which was prone to being muggled. Was in the knot hole but that didn't work out well, so I decided to raise it up a bit and post it as a new Cache)
This park brings back many good memories of finding my 1st Cache, the Guthridge Micro by welch on 11 March 2005.

In order to find this Cache you'll have to solve a little puzzle (below).
