Geocache Description:

Take East Leavenworth Rd to Mountain Home Rd. This gravel/dirt rd. is most accessible during the dry months. According to other cache owners in this area, the rd. is not maintained in the winter, increasing the terrain difficulty substantially. When we placed it, the windstar did fine!

Another great view in this interesting area. Notice evidence of the 1994 wildfire that went through here. There is a small pull out area for parking nearby.
