Railroad Sam likes to make his appearance when the train goes through Pullman, hence his name. He has been seen several times watching the trains from the windows of Orton Hall. No one is sure why he haunts Orton; some say it is because Orton has the best view of the railroad tracks; others say it is because he used to live there; some say one of his children lived there. His identity is unknown, so no one can be sure. Perhaps you will get to see Sam while searching for the cache.
Remember to look for the special number on the cache that you will need to solve GC5J3R0 Count Dracubear's Coffin Cache Puzzle. Keep the cache hidden as well as possible in this high muggle zone.
There is one spot right by the cache that is a 30 minute loading zone parking. It is watched closely so don't take longer than 30 minutes. The cache is located in such a way that your vehicle will be in your sight the whole time. Don't park in the gray parking spots unless you are ok with a ticket. They are fast there! I provided the garage parking info in the waypoints if needed.
