Indian Springs State Park

This cache is in the oldest State Park in the country. I feel honored to be allowed to place this cache and hope that all who seek it take the time to enjoy the location. There’s a lot of history in the area, so slow down and take a breather while you’re there.

The cache box is located in the Park’s administrative office. That office is open daily between 8am to 5pm, and the park closes at dusk (sundown) so plan your search accordingly. They do break for lunch from 12 ‘til 1, so keep that in mind too. The cache box has a combination lock on it, so you’ll need the combination to score the find and snag a goodie or two!

There is no need to do any bushwhacking – stay on the roads! The coordinates posted will bring you to a location where a laminated card is hidden. On that card are three mathematical clues. The answers will give you the combination to the lock. Read the card very, very, carefully!

There is a $3.00 parking fee that you must pay upon entrance to the park. If there is no ranger on duty at the entrance booth, there are honor boxes scattered throughout the park. Please be sure to pay your $3.00.
