Just off of the Hiawatha Recreational Trail near Lake Nokomis, this
regular size cache is most easily reached by bicycle (or
snowmobile) then by foot.
Re-enabled this cache on 3/20/10 after a long winter. This cache
is now an ammo can and will work well for travel bugs and
other small items (I know I'll use it to drop off and launch my own
TBs). The original cache container is inside the cache for viewing
(it holds the original log book) but please don't take it, as it's
there for posterity. Thanks! Also rehide the cache well since it is
close to the trail.
Information from original geocache listing: This is
actually a Japanese candy container with a stamp on the top and a
log and very small pen inside. My friend sent me this candy from
Japan in 2006, after I was there for a visit in 2005. Congrats to
"Hodag Andrew" who found it just a few hours after it was published
on 7/24/08!
