The Happy Creek Travel Bug Saloon Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

looseneutraldrums: Well.....all good things must come to an end. I'm moving from the location this cache is placed so I must archive the old saloon. Rest assured, the saloon will most likely show up somewhere else when we get settled again, but since I will no longer own this property I must archive it. I will transfer any trackable inventory to another cache soon.

Geocache Description:

This cache is in a residential area on private property with permission, so please be courteous while hunting it. If you see the landlord, be sure to say hi! The Saloon is a rustic wooden building, often with foliage on top. Look for the Groundspeak logo.

Smack dab in between State Highways 14 & 63 along State Highway 96 sits The Happy Creek Travel Bug Saloon. The Saloon is a throwback to days of yore complete with swinging doors and a house piano man. Travel bugs like to rest their weary legs and belly up to the bar for a refreshing beverage. Alas, some Travel Bugs overstay their welcome and need a designated driver to move them along their way. This is where you come in. Stop by and drop a patron off and help another out the door if you can. If you pick up a traveler here whatever you do, don’t let it drive! The Saloon is open anytime and all bugs and coins are welcome.

There are no restrictions on bug trading. Travel bugs are meant to move so if you can move them, please do so.
