Geocache Description:

'tis the season of the scary. The midnight of the mangled, the maimed and the mortified. Do we have to tell you it's Halloween again? We just did. So grab your security blanket and come for a walk on the wild side....

Dont miss this evening of trick or treat .... This is a Saturday evening / night special .. there is no day time activity planned but I guess some folks might want to cache on the way.

You don't have to camp over, although it is highly reccomended (there are only 20 or so pitches) and you need to reserve your pitch with Nigel or Carol, the pub landlord/lady on 01295 711906. Price per person likely to be about £5 ...

Costumes are a must as there will be a fancy dress competition and also one for the best dressed tent, so come on guys & ghouls, give it some thought!!!

People who are camping can turn up from midday onwards to get their tents up and do some local caches. Before pitching your tent Nigel and Carol have asked that you pop in the pub and see them first.

The garden areas are fine for dogs that are on a lead with their owners.

The actual event will start around 5.00pm, we will all meet up in the pub and at around 6.30pm the fun and frights will begin!!!!.(please note the slight time change ... it was light tonight at 6pm ...

All Caches now ready to rock ... 7 in the ring with another new one on the way round....
"Railmans Revenge" is a blood thirsty night cache for the event with some fun in the dark for all and maybe the odd scarey bit too
