A gang of bandits has decided to reconnoiter the new Coon Prairie Bike/Hike Trail connecting Westby and Viroqua, always on the lookout for thievin’ opportunities. Hold onto your snacks and all shiny objects!
The Coon Prairie Bike/Hike Trail connects the cities of Westby and Viroqua. The Trail is a collaborative effort between the WI DOT, Vernon Co., the cities of Viroqua and Westby, Vernon Trails (private not-for-profit trails group), & the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission. $$ support comes from Vernon Memorial Healthcare, the Coulee Region Organic Producers Pool (CROPP), Quality of Life Chiropractic Clinic of Viroqua, and Vernon Trails.
Permission to place a series of caches along the Coon Prairie Trail was granted by the Coon Prairie Path Governing Board.
