This cache is located within the city limits of Fallon. A monument remembering the lives lost during the September 11th Attack.
This cache site was dedicated on the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attach on America. The city of New York offered this piece of the World Trade center to the city of Fallon so that we could place it in a memorial to remember the lives lost during the horrific events that took place on the morning of September 11th 2001. A Fallon citizen traveled back to ground zero to retrieve this piece of the WTC and erected this monument. The dedication brought out a large number of Americans, including the local citizens, Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS personnal and the United States Military both present and past.
The memorial was very emotional for all. Although, you may not have been able to attend the dedication, the memorial is here and will remain for all to come and see. To remember.. and most of all to say "I AM PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN"
IN ORDER TO LOG THIS CACHE YOU MUST E-MAIL ME THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION.... WHAT DOES IT SAY ON THE BRICKS ABOVE THE WTC BEAM? (I took it off of the picture)
