Geocache Description:

St David's Head in North Pembrokeshire

The cache is located near the coastal path with views of Carn Llidi (The Peak of the title). Cache-Hunters may encounter ponies wandering among the rocky landscape.

Park at the Whitesands car park. Two options to start, either follow the coast path in the direction of St David's Head or for a more interesting walk, head back up the road and follow the tracks and paths anti-clockwise around Carn Llidi.

Even in the summer, the cache site feels incredibly remote from the bustle of Whitesands Beach but keep an eye out for coastal path walkers when removing / replacing the cache.

On the approach to the cache you may spot what may be an Iron Age hut circle. The cache is not located under any of the rocks which form the circle, so please do not disturb them.
