Geocache Description:

A larger micro to replace one of our former caches along the perimeter trail at Sam Michael Park. A nice walk that often includes deer and maybe a turkey or two...believe it or not.

Sam Michael Park is 120 acres of rolling meadows, woodlands, ballfields and a newly opened Rec Center (September 2006). This park is home to the Jefferson High School Cross Country Team.

This is a larger micro located along the park's perimeter trail. It contains a geocaching announcement, a "recycled" log sheet from a recently archived cache, and a small pencil. It is located on park property and not on private property.
