UPDATE 1/03/2021: A Jasmer grid cache that is 20 years old deserves to be a regular ammo can but the cache is temporarily a small decon can while the mountain bike trails in the area are being finalized. Later this year I'll change it back to an ammo can as intended.

02/04/01 Turn in to the park at the brick "Cedar Park" sign on northbound 183. The hardest part about this cache is just figuring out how to get into the park. Good luck!
This hike will take you to an isolated area of the park which is hard to imagine so near 183. You may see deer and small wildlife, we have each time. If you have time hike the circuit around the lake it's worth it.
07/07/03 This is one of the two oldest active caches in Austin. John Nagle maintained it until a few weeks ago when he agreed that Blizzard and Team would 'adopt.' We've replaced logbook and the original Tupperware container with a decon container. Please make sure you secure the lid.
08/15/05 If you believe in rising from the ashes then this cache is for you. It has been disabled while the construction on US 183 and 183A Toll Road closed the entrance to the park. Now the footprint of the new road is determined. Ample parking is available at the Williamson County YMCA. Hill Country Bounty is open the cache and ready for your visit. Cache on...
