How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

"I have seen the face of terror, I have felt the stinging cold of fear. I have lived the times most would say are best forgotten. But at least I can say I am proud of what I was -- a Soldier." -- Author unknown.

While enjoying this hunt, please take a moment to reflect on the dedication and sacrifice of members of the armed forces.

The first part of this cache is better driven, but can be walked if you are so inclined. The total distance from the location above to the final cache location is several miles. The entire journey can be done without stepping on any of the residents, so please be courteous. Depending on activities at the location, you may need to find an alternate path to some of the waypoints.

This is my first cache, so please let me know if the calculations are too difficult or if my coordinates need to be adjusted. Enjoy!

Hours: 7am-5pm daily. The final cache location may be wet during winter times
