Another Great View Traditional Geocache

While placing Vertigo View cache I walked down the road to the end
and found another fantastic view point. This spot looks across the
valley to the walls of Mt. Index and Mt. Persis. Bridal Veil Falls
cascade down from Lk Serene. Great spot to eat a lunch and enjoy
the views. You're looking for a 50 cal ammo box.
I was dropping off a camera at my What a View cache and decided
this area needed one more cache. Now there are 3 in this area with
each one offering a different view of the peaks and valley. Find
Vertigo View cache and then walk the road about 1/4 mile south to a
clearing and lookout point. What do you think is this the best
viewpoint? They all offer a different perspective. I like this one
the best. There's a camera in the cache, so take a picture and I'll
post them when it's full.
Update: 2/18/06 New gate about 1 mile from the cache is staying
locked, so you'll have a 2 mile R/T hike with about 400 ft.
elevation gain. Only 2 inches of snow at 2200 ft. el gate.
