Geocache Description:

Turn off at China Garden at N 35 31 892 W 118 38 849 Easy parking at N 35 32 000 W 118 38 838.

This is a nice walk about .20 tenth of a mile up a dirt road you will go around a Forest Service locked gate no cars past locked gate. Park at N 35 32 000 W 118 38 838 you will see a sign "China Garden, Patch Trail, Kern River 1/2 mile". Take the dirt road up to the top. Wear long pants and shoes a lot of fox tails and sticker burrs. enjoy the view on both sides of this hill to the east down the hill by the Kern (Rio Brovo De San Felipi) River the famous China Gardens. To the west a bit north is the old camp grounds the forest service closed about four years ago. Still some good fishing.
