Geocache Description:

The caches is a LOCKED .30 caliber ammo box. It is located off the Erie Canal bike path.

Attention: You NEED "The Key to Cache Me If You Can” Travel Bug to open this cache. The coordinates to the actual cache location are found on a tag attached to the TB. In order to get into the cache (it is padlocked) you need to have the key in hand. Once you have opened the cache please return to “The Key to Cache Me If You Can” to another geocache as soon as you can. (I suggest doing three in one day.. 1) get the key from the cache where the TB is located, 2) open this cache, 3) put the TB in another cache.)

The posted coordinates belong to the first parking option below.

There are a couple different parking options.
1) The shorter option is to park at the Wishing Well. You’ll have to cross a busy road, but your walk will be much shorter. Remember to stick to the canal path at first. The coords for this parking spot are the ones listed for this cache.
2) The longer option is to park at the Holiday Inn on Brooks Ave. and take the canal path that goes underneath the road. N 43 07.809 W 007 39.526

The original contents: cool matchbox plane, picture frame (for a picture of you and your geocaching friends), “magic grow” capsules, magnetic bag clip, Silly Putty. The cache also includes a camera. Please take a picture of your group and send me a note when the film runs out. Please remember to turn off the camera so the batteries don’t die. I’ll be sure to post the pictures. The FTF reward is a Groundspeak Travel Bug.

The credit for this cache goes to Ourwoods. Ourwoods came up with the idea and even supplied the .30 caliber cache box (Thanks Ourwoods!!!).
