This has been a favorite hiking spot for our family over the years. The cache is in a green ammo box labeled "Geocache, dmower@email.com,010313." It contains 2 matchbox cars, 2 card games, 2 packs of gum, 1 small M&M's, a pencil and a logbook. I hope someone finds it soon before the M&M's melt.
There are good sitting rocks, so stop to enjoy a drink or your lunch. As you look to the east, you'll see the city of Richfield about 100 meters below you, and then some of the majestic peaks of the Fishlake National Forest -- Monroe Mountain, Signal Peak, Cove Mountain, Fishlake Hightop, Boobe Hole Mountain, Musinia (pronounced MOOS-ih-nay).
