True, the 4-lane I-90 might get you to GW8
a little bit quicker if quick is required. But if you want to
Geocache along the way, plus get to view some great scenery and not
have to fight traffic, you can't beat U.S. Hwy 2. And you'll
get to attend a special Geocaching event!
Highway 2 runs east and west, between
Spokane, Waterville, Wenatchee and Everett. There are quite a few
caches along the highway.

At the Event Cache there is lots of room
for temporary RV parking (no hook-ups), restrooms, water, telephone
(during the day) and free Wi-Fi in the Bakery. Also, the town's
public swimming pool will be open. The Event site fronts
Waterville's beautiful Pioneer Park. Dogs are allowed (on leash) in
the Park, provided that the owner picks up after the dog.
