We came across a sign along the side of the road that said "Portage Brook Scenic Overlook" as we were up in the area searching for "The Arrowhead Plunge". On our way back down the hill, we stopped at this great overlook and a little black bison tube jumped out of our caching bag then refused to get back into the geovan. So we left it there for all cachers to find. Please stop by to feed it! And while you're there, enjoy the panoramic view. We can't wait to come back ourselves to see it in all of its autumn splendor!
Thanks to the sundewtech crew for agreeing to keep an eye on it for us.
Update: As of 8/13/2014, the cache is now a small ammo can filled with lots of goodies chained to a birch tree.
