また、秋には神田スポーツ祭りが開催されます。
小川町にスポーツ用品店が多い理由は明治以降、小川町周辺には学校が多く存在したためです。
昭和三十年代ごろから学生や若者の趣味を反映した大型のスポーツ用品店が数多く出店したそうです。
キャッシュを設置している幸徳（こうとく）稲荷神社は、稲葉家の屋敷神として祀（まつ）られていたもので、当時は鍛冶屋稲荷と称し、五穀豊穣と武運長久を祈願された由緒ある社です。
