Located near the Cedar Park Library. Not in plain sight, but you should be able to figure it out fairly easily. Beware of the muggles!
Cache is a film canister with a log only. Please bring your own pen to sign the log as none will fit inside the cache. Be aware of the muggles who may be visiting the Library. Location is to the side of the main entrance/behind the library, so it shouldn't be too bad.
