Geocache Description:

Circle of Confusions Parking Lot Cache. I thought I would jump on the PLC bandwagon, but hopfully I can make it more interesting...

My Second Parking Lot Cache. You must drive to where you will get the best view of the cache. If you come here around noon you will probably see muggles sitting in their cars, eating their lunch. Other than that this lot is mostly empty. Hidden away from the two main roads through New Westminster, it's a nice quiet spot.
