This is our first cache and we wanted to place it in our neck of the woods as there are not too many out this way. The access to this area is a County maintained dirt road. A 4WD would be better in the winter. It is in a nice forested area where we have been woodcutting and atv riding. There are usually lots of critters running around out there too. Its a great place to explore. Short easy hike up the hill. There is a place to park about 400 ft. from the cache. The cache is a small ammo can. This is only a short round trip drive from the highway, makes a great stop for travelers :)
