Geocache Description:

Bridges Of Benton COunty #1

This is the first in a series of caches that will take you to some well known bridges and maybe to a few that you didn’t know existed. Enjoy the view!

There is no longer a bridge at this location but I remember riding my bicycle over it when I was a kid and “jumping” my parents' car over it when I was a teenager. It was an old, wooden plank bridge and, at some point, deemed unsafe and torn down. Although now overgrown, you can still see where this used to cross the railroad tracks and connect with the next street.
