This Cache is in a very small Rhinelander park.

This is a NEW Cache and a NEW CO in the location of an old cache. Permission was given by the old CO for me to take over this cache location. I never found his cache, so I doubt this cache is in the same location. This is a winter friendly cache. Permission for this cache was given by Mr. Gunder Pulsen (Rhinelander Parks Director)
