Mica Mountain Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Toad: This cache had seen it's day. The ammo can was broken and filled with little to trade. It was harder for me to maintain than I had anticipated so I am planning on placing a new cache, using some of the Mica Mountain items, a little closer to home. Thanks to all who shared in Mica Mountains history.

Geocache Description:

This cache is East of Richfield, Utah. You can drive most cars within 75 yards of the cache location.

This cache location is in an area where many of the locals go to roll their easter eggs down the hills. There is a lot of mica rock in the area.

I recently replaced the original cache container with an ammo can. The plastic container was cracking and too small to hold much. There is plenty of room now. It contains 10 basketball cards, a tube of chap stick, a little alien out of a vending machine, an mini mug, an old dime, & some salt. The salt is produced in nearby Redmond.
