Read the rating guidelines, and needed to change the rating of SWAG 1.

This is the first Cache placed by the Swaggers. We originaly came to find the Rocky Gap Cache, and decided this would be a good place to start our own series of caches. The Cache is in a Green Ammo box, on a rock... Let the Swagging begin. Happy Hunting.
