ON THIS HUNT
This is a very easy cache to find. The coordinates were taken with three different GPS, all coming out a little different. To find you do not have to leave the sidewalk at all. You are looking for a plastic peanut butter type jar painted black.
Only look for this cache during the day.
ONCE YOU FIND THE CACHE YOU WILL HAVE MORE TO DO!
PAPA CACHE is to replace Mama Cache (waypoint GCKF6Z)
Mama cache didn’t last long, started out with 21 baby caches. She was found twice, then just up and walked away. Mama Cache and all her 18 little ones hit the road and have never been seen.
This cache is the same idea as Mama Cache was, with one difference, Papa found a sitter for the small and log only caches.
1. Go to the above coordinates and find the cache. There are small things to trade, sign log and get the coordinates to the sitter. The sitter in only available between 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM everyday.
2. Once you arrive at the sitters location, go in and one of the sitters will give you a playpen/basket with little caches. None are fancy, some are magnet, some can hang, and others are just small caches, with small trading things. They all have log sheets or books, Geocaching information sheets and most have a pencil. The caches are bagged and tagged, magnet, hanging, or small cache. Sign the log, pick a bag and take it with you.
3 Give the cache you picked, a name. Then find a place to hide it and get it approved.
4. Once your cache is approved, log your find of Papa Cache and also include the name and waypoint (GC_ _ _ _) of cache you hid.
To hide the log only or small cache and getting it approved will take time. It may be easy, but will be a few days before you can log it. Have fun and if your cache is hid in or near the Antelope Valley will try to find it….
