The Cheltenham Circular Caching Challenge of more than 100 caches follows this walk. It starts at Cheltenham Race Course with #1, and the caches are numbered clockwise, but you could of course start and stop anywhere along the route.
If you can't manage it in a day, then why not stay around the area. Cheltenham Borough Council have a tourist information office that will help you.
As you work your way round the Cheltenham Circular Caching Challenge, don't forget to collect numbers for the bonus cache, the final location of which is at N 51° [EC+J].[AD+G+C] W 002° [B-K].[BD-H(G-F-F)-K]
Congratulations! You've reached the 100th cache in the series. This one is an offset multi-cache. The cache is not at this location, so you need to solve these simple clues to find it. Find the numbers which correspond to the letters below. They are all in the churchyard near to the path.
1. The Reverend John Byron was vicar of this parish for FC years?
2. James Welden served in the 3rd Regiment of Foot (The Buffs) from xy95 to 1814. x+y=B
3. What is the post code of the church? GL5E ATJ
4. The millenium tree was planted in 2DDD
The Cache is located at 51 55.ABC'N 2 7.DEF'W, and is on the Circular Path. It's a tricky nano.
It may be possible to locate the cache in the grounds of the church, if we get plenty of complimentary logs and nice photos.
Congratulations FTF!
