Geocache Description:

Located in Ronkonkoma County Park

A nice quick hike through this little park a bit north of the lake. The cache is a regular sized Rubbermaid container with some trade items and a logbook.

Dogs allowed. I noticed a lot of ground cover plants but couldn't identify them so just be aware of where you're walking and what you're touching. Trail's are nice and wide for the most part. Hope you enjoy the hunt.

-10/16/05 Replaced missing container in a spot a few hundred feet from the original. I changed the coordinates and the hint so be sure you have the new info.

-11/8/05 When I hid these two caches I did it on two separate hikes. Went in and hid one, went back to the truck and went back in on a different trail. I've never tried to go from one to the other. I just thought I'd post that it would be easier to hunt them as two out and back hikes instead of a loop... might keep your feet dry. Sorry folks.
