This cache is in a small metal container. It is located on the TART trail between 3 and 4 Mile Roads, with it being closer to 4 Mile Rd if you are in a hurry. It resides within mere feet of the trail. Someone with freakishly long arms or some sort of stretchy super power could probably reach it while standing on the pavement. 
This particular cache will either be very easy or very hard. A field camera has been set up for our viewing pleasure. Attempting to retrieve this cache means that you automatically agree to the nonexistant terms below ,i.e. the CO has the right to upload anything even remotely funny to YouTube. 
You will need to bring a writing stick , a tweezer like tool, and two aspirin ( if you are prone to stress headaches).
