This is an offset cache, so coordinates above will bring you to the entrance of a public building of historical note. Look up before you enter, and you'll see the reason for the cache name. We have permission to hide this cache, and the hours are: Mon-Tue-Wed 10-8, Thu-Fri 10-6, Sat 10-5. Your GPS signal may be weak inside the building, but we had a reading of N 39°46.120, W 086°06.952. Look for a title with the cache name. You most likely will have to decrypt the hint, which will give you the exact location.
This is a small cache, so bring small items to trade. The contents are a log book, pencil, and assorted trinkets, plus some cards with some info on the history of this building. Sh-h-h-h!
