This is another easy one to get to. They're is plenty of parking ,and you can approach from two directions.The challenge is it is in plain view from all directions.I just happen to be in the area and pulled up my maps ,and thought to myself "hey ,self....this is a good place for a cache".
It is a quick grab if you happen to be in the area of the" Mall" or The Avenue".You just have to be aware of all of the people coming and going.
