This cache is on a public and frequently used hiking trail that leads you to the top of Tow Hill. There is a parking lot at the bottom off the side of the road with lots of room. There are picnic tables and out-houses available at the trail head. It is a well maintained, boardwalk trail that is easy to walk on, but it is steep and may feel like you are on a stair-master.
There are several signs warning "Cliff ahead" so this is where it got it's name.
