Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed for the CARL3 event. This cache was released to the public on Thursday June 9th. The cache should not be located prior to 6 p.m. Friday June 10. The caches for the CARL3 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.

An old frend of mine who used to live (grown up) on the farm what was here long time ago, before the College and the Sport's building was put here. Told me when he was just a kid they planted some cottonwood right along the road what was here that time in the 1940's. I even seen those trees before the city cut them down to widen the road in the end of the 1990's. Now they put some conifers further in. This is the place where they organise big concerts and hockey games. Please do not park on the road because there is planty parking just south of the cache !!! Please put it back the same way you found it. Thanx in advance.
