The Harbor Steps are a bit south of Pike Place Market.
Once upon a time I worked in the 2nd & Seneca building, and this spot brings back good memories. I love having lunch by the water & sunshine in summer!
Note: This cache requires being able to get up and down the steps. You're looking for a cammo'd bison capsule. Since this one is in a pretty public area and well hidden, I rate it as 3.5 difficulty.
I suggest you take the hint along with you, because the GPS reception can be pretty flaky on the steps.
