Space Station:Miami County Fairgrounds Troy,OH

The 2009 GCinOHIO GeoFest will be out of this world!

Attendance & Registration is FREE, but when you PRE-register for $35.00, you will get a Limited Edition 2009 GCinOHIO GeoFest coin, Path tag, Pin, T-Shirt, Lanyard and a goodie bag.

Come join in, it's going to be an experience out of this world! Be ready to be beamed up!
Friday Night Give-A-Way: Fire Ring Grill (8:50 pm)

Friday
Noon- 9 pm - Registration: Pick up packets and more!
Noon- 9 pm - Silent Auction (will continue on Saturday)
Noon-9 pm - Raffles, Best Cache Design, Ammo Can Reach In, 50/50
1-9 pm- Alien Encounter-Informal Meet & Greet
5-9 pm- Space (Flea) Market and Vendors
5-9 pm-Alien Swap - Geo Coins and Path Tags
9 pm-? Social Time-music around the campfire and DJ inside the building
10 pm-Fire Spinners (weather permitting)
Night Cache Hidden on the Fairgrounds
30 New area caches will be released by 5 pm

8 am-5 pm - Best Cache Design & Raffles Continue
8 am-9 pm Alien Swap, Ammo Can Reach In
9-10 am-Alien Encounter Meet & Greet
9-10 am- Alien Encounter 1: GSAK Presentation
9am-9pm Alien Market and Vendors
9-noon Space Ship Contest - Prizes Awarded!
9 am - Dusk -Black Hole (casual corn hole games)
10-11 am-Alien Encounter 2: Geocaching 101 for Police & Attendees
11-Noon - Alien Encounter 3: Wherigo Presentation
12 noon – 2 Plenty of time to find those area caches or rest up for the evening activities! 2-3 pm - Alien Encounter 4: Whereigo Presentation
3-3:30 pm - Moon Pie Contest!
4-5 pm - BBQ Chicken Dinner (Limited tickets remain)
6 pm - All Raffles & Contests End-Must Be Present to Win
5-6 pm -Pick up Silent Auction Items (cash/checks ONLY)
6:30 pm - Group Photo
7-8 pm - Planetary Bingo
9 pm - ? -Social Time: Live music around campfire and DJ in the building
10 pm - Fire Spinners (weather permitting)
