Hidden Treasure!!!! Stede Bonnet's Hidden Treasure, here in
Brunswick, Maine!!!!!!
Ahoy, Mates! Rumor has it that pirate
Stede Bonnet has hidden a treasure chest (cache) right here in
Brunswick, Maine. Located along Maine's 3,784 miles of
coastline the treasure chest (cache) may be accessed by land or
sea. Aaarrr! Geomuggles are frequently seen in this
area, so please be discreet. The treasure chest (cache) is a
small Kool-aid container camouflaged with brown packing tape and an
occasional piece of camouflaged duct-tape (Duct-tape...even the
pirates used it!!!)
Please exchange pirate's loot (pieces of
eight, dubloon's small gems) only! If you don't have
something neat to contribute to the theme of the cache feel free to
JUST sign the logbook. I'm not interested in your used up
phone card, your library card, a loosing lottery ticket and the
likes! If you feel you REALLY need to leave something go look
on the shore and find a unique piece of sea glass and leave
that. Just don't leave any trashy items in the treasure chest
is all this pirate is asking.......Thank you!
