A jetty tucked in behind Genetech.
A place I like to visit during lunch, and quite busy during those hours.
There is public access parking within a few feet of the cache, but you must drive through the Genetech parking lot. If you have more time, park further away and enjoy the beautiful SF Bay trail.
You are looking for a decon container. Exercise caution if there are muggles around.
