Clermont's Trailhead Traditional Geocache

lagrac: After the recent dnf, I decided to check on this one.
Not only was the cache missing, so was the power pole.
Found out that power poles aren't carbon neutral, so the $35000 the city spent to remove this one was well worth the investment.
