New York Admin: I've emailed the cache owner with regards to this possibly being a virtual cache with no response. I'm also find it unacceptable someone would sign the concrete, even in chalk, in lieu of a logbook. Fats277 please return and do the best you can to remove the grafetti you left to blacken the eye of the geocaching community.
I am archiving this cache awaiting response from the cache owner. If the owner can demonstrate he has placed a physical cache with logbook I'll be happy to unarchive this cache providing it still meets the guidelines.
