Two Schools for the price of one!
On one side of the road we have the historical marker for Woodleigh
School and on the other side a sign pointing out into the crop
indicating "Pioneer School 1km". I assume they are talking about
two different schools, but they seem a bit close to each other.
Will have to investigate further! It does clear up one mystery for
me though. I had always wondered why our local childcare centre was
called Woodleigh - now, thanks to geocaching, I know it's
one of the forgotten nearby towns!
