Located in the Upper Mill Creek Conservation Corridor. A nice walk along a paved trail . Parking is available at: 39 20.043 084 27.793 for the long walk or, 39 20.621 084 28.839 for a considerably shorter walk.
The longer of the two walks will take you on *most* of the trail as it stands today. (Future plans include extending the Corridor from State Route 747 through the Union Centre area to the AMC Theater.) There are a few interesting sites to see on the way no matter how you proceed (I do prefer the longer walk though). In the center of the foundation are the remains of a water pump and some cool carved stones around it. Take some time and explore. A little history lesson perhaps?
